BfA is a pre-qualified technical assistance provider under the Government of Kenya WSTF support framework and Results Based Aid programs. In this role, BfA provides tailored financial, technical, social and monitoring and evaluation technical assistance to water service providers receiving support from WSTF to expand services to the unserved and underserved.
