BfA partnered with the QED Group on this United States Agency for International Development (USAID) project to deliver technical training and advisory services to commercial bank partners Housing Finance Group (HF Group) and Kenya Commercial Bank (KCB) in connection with their USAID DCA loan portfolio guarantees. HF Group and KCB have guarantees designed to strengthen their ability to extend loans to water utilities in Kenya.
