He is a founding partner and President at BfA an international development finance expert with 20 years of field-based experience in the water, agriculture, energy and housing sectors. Eric has worked on internationally recognized projects in Africa, Eastern Europe, Latin America, and South Asia, and is a founding partner of two Africa-based development finance companies. He has set up and managed finance institutions and advised national and sub-national government agencies, commercial banks and corporates on mobilizing public and private sector financing and credit enhancements to develop infrastructure and improved access to basic services. Mr. Adams has worked in 18 countries, implementing programs funded by Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Embassy of the Netherlands, USAID, and World Bank, among others. Mr. Adams provides strategic leadership and direct technical support to BfA’s core business areas.
